50 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lbs to 10/9 ft

40 Toes-to-Bar

30 Medicine Ball Walking Lunges

20 Burpees

 

For the medicine ball walking lunges the ball may be held/supported in any manner EXCEPT on top of your head.
