MONDAY 11/30/20
PART A | 2 Rounds for quality:

15 Glute Bridges
10 Hollow Rocks
Note: If doing the DB variation for Part B, instead of the Single Leg Deadlifts, perform:
1 minute: DBs Good Mornings (with weight)
1 minute: double DB deadlifts
PART B | In 25 minutes:
Deadlift 2-3-5-10-2-3-5-10
Use the same weight for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
TUESDAY 12/1/20
PART A | 15 Minute AMRAP:
Row/Bike sprint 9/6 calories (or shuttle sprint, 150 m, 2x 75 m)
7 Hand Release Push-ups
5 Medball Sit-ups 20/14lbs
