3 Rounds for quality:

  • 10 Banded Straight Arm Lat Pull Down

  • 10 Kips on the Bar

  • 5-8 Strict Ring dips, Negatives, or Jump to Support Hold

WOD #2:

5 rounds for time of:

  • 15 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
