On a 32 min clock:

WOD #1: “Partner Nancy” (20 min. cap)

Teams of 2 - 5 rounds for time of:

  • Run, 400 m

  • 15 Synchronized Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs

Runs must be done together. The overhead squats are synchronized at the bottom.

WOD #2:

In 12 mins, establish a heavy snatch double.

Must end on a good lift.
