Tell Your Friends!

Thanks to everyone who told their friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors about our on-ramp this weekend. It went well, and we loved seeing all the new potential members.

3 rounds for time of:

  • 20 Burpees

  • 21 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

  • 12 Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs
