8 Overhead Squats @ 95/65 lbs
D) 1200m Run
E) 6 Rounds of:
5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
5 Overhead Squats @ 125/95 lbs
*For sections A, C, and E partners complete one FULL round then switch (each partner does 3 rounds for each section).
