A reminder - we are offering our new service Accessory Programming (AP) for free during the shelter in place order. We’ll hold a goal meeting with you to go over 3 specific goals you’d like to accomplish (e.g. maintain my pulling strength) and create personal workouts to supplement daily WODs or movements to replace in daily WODs.
