14 Handstand Push-ups | Strict press
7 Bar Muscle-ups | Low Ring Muscle-Ups, 7 Bench Dips + 7 Upright Row
PART B | 3 Rounds for quality:
15 Chest-to-bar pull-ups | Bent over row with a pause
15 Ring Dips | Bench dips
15 V-ups
